- dmapool-enable-debugging-for-config_slub_debug_on-too.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     dmapool: enable debugging for CONFIG_SLUB_DEBUG_ON too
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     dmapool-enable-debugging-for-config_slub_debug_on-too.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Previously it was only enabled for CONFIG_SLAB_DEBUG.

Not hooked into the slub runtime debug configuration, so you currently only
get it with CONFIG_SLUB_DEBUG_ON, not plain CONFIG_SLUB_DEBUG
