The patch titled
     sparsemem: vmemmap does not need section bits
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     sparsemem-vmemmap-does-not-need-section-bits.patch

This patch was dropped because it had testing failures

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Sparsemem vmemmap does not need any section bits.  This patch has the effect
of reducing the number of bits used in page->flags by at least 6.
