The patch titled
     slab: pass correct flags to kmem_getpages()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     slab-pass-correct-flags-to-kmem_getpages.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

The NUMA fallback logic should be passing local_flags to kmem_get_pages() and
not simply the flags.
