The patch titled
usb: queue usb USB_CDC_GET_ENCAPSULATED_RESPONSE message
has been added to the -mm tree. Its filename is
usb-queue-usb-usb_cdc_get_encapsulated_response-message.patch
Before you just go and hit "reply", please:
a) Consider who else should be cc'ed
b) Prefer to cc a suitable mailing list as well
c) Ideally: find the original patch on the mailing list and do a
reply-to-all to that, adding suitable additional cc's

commit 0cf4f2de0a0f4100795f38ef894d4910678c74f8 introduced a bug, which
prevents sending an USB_CDC_GET_ENCAPSULATED_RESPONSE message. This
breaks the RNDIS initialization (especially / only Windoze machines
dislike this behavior...).
