- kill-do_filp_open.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     kill do_filp_open()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kill-do_filp_open.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

This kills off the almost empty do_filp_open().  The indenting change in
do_sys_open() is because we would have gone over our 80 characters otherwise.
