- softlockup-debug2.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     softlockup debug
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     softlockup-debug2.patch

This patch was dropped because it is obsolete

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
