- kill-udffs_dateversion.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     kill UDFFS_{DATE,VERSION}
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kill-udffs_dateversion.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Printing date and version of a driver makes sense if there's a maintainer
who's maintaining and using these, but printing ancient version information
only confuses users.
