The patch titled
     char-applicom-use-pci_match_id-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     char-applicom-use-pci_match_id-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into char-applicom-use-pci_match_id.patch

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
