The patch titled
     per-zone and reclaim enhancements for memory controller: calculate active/inactive imbalance per cgroup
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     per-zone-and-reclaim-enhancements-for-memory-controller-take-3-calculate-active-inactive-imbalance-per-cgroup.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
