- use-ilog2-in-fs-namespacec.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Use ilog2() in fs/namespace.c
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     use-ilog2-in-fs-namespacec.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

We can use ilog2() in fs/namespace.c to compute hash_bits and hash_mask at
compile time, not runtime.
