- vmalloc-add-const-to-void-parameters.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     vmalloc: add const to void* parameters
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     vmalloc-add-const-to-void-parameters.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

Make vmalloc functions work the same way as kfree() and friends that
take a const void * argument.
