Subject: rfcomm tty: destroy before tty_close()
From: Dave Young <hidave.darkstar@xxxxxxxxx>

rfcomm dev could be deleted in tty_hangup, so we must not call
rfcomm_dev_del again to prevent from destroying rfcomm dev before tty
close.
