- radix_treeh-trivial-comment-correction.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     radix_tree.h: trivial comment correction
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     radix_treeh-trivial-comment-correction.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

There is an unmatched parenthesis in the locking commentary of radix_tree.h
which is trivially fixed by the patch below.
