The patch titled
     pci-skeleton: Misc fixes to build neatly
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pci-skeleton-misc-fixes-to-build-neatly.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/

The pci-skeleton.c has several problems with compilation, such as missing
args when calling synchronize_irq().  Fix it.
