The patch titled
     pata_pcmcia: minor cleanups and support for dual channel cards
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pata_pcmcia-minor-cleanups-and-support-for-dual-channel-cards.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
