The patch titled
     SCSI/gdth: kill unneeded 'irq' argument
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     scsi-gdth-kill-unneeded-irq-argument.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

so remove it.
