The patch titled
     x86_64 EFI runtime service support: document for EFI runtime services
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     x86_64-efi-runtime-service-support-document-for-efi-runtime-services.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
