The patch titled
     Net: ibm_newemac, remove SPIN_LOCK_UNLOCKED
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     net-ibm_newemac-remove-spin_lock_unlocked.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
