- arm-fix-memset-size-error.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     ARM: fix memset size error
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     arm-fix-memset-size-error.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The size passing to memset is wrong.  And here we can replace kmalloc with
kzalloc.
