- quirk_vialatency-omit-reading-pci-revision-id.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     quirk_vialatency: Omit reading pci revision ID
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     quirk_vialatency-omit-reading-pci-revision-id.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Don't read the revision ID unnecessary since the PCI subsystem
fills this field in already.
