The patch titled
x86: typo about sequence of cpu_index and cpu_online in show_cpuinfo()
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
x86-typo-about-sequence-of-cpu_index-and-cpu_online-in.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
