- usb-power-managementtxt-disconnect-clarification.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     usb: power-management.txt - disconnect clarification
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     usb-power-managementtxt-disconnect-clarification.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged
