- missing-include-file-in-kallsymsh.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Missing include file in kallsyms.h
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     missing-include-file-in-kallsymsh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The Build with randconfig fails with following error with the
2.6.24-rc4-git9

function)
