The patch titled
ia64 vDSO vs --build-id
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
ia64-vdso-vs-build-id.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

When gcc uses --build-id by default, the gate.lds.S linker script runs
afoul of the new note section and produces a bad DSO image. This fixes it.
