The patch titled
Don't touch fs_struct in usermodehelper
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
dont-touch-fs_struct-in-usermodehelper.patch
This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged

This test seems to be unnecessary since we always have rootfs mounted before
calling a usermodehelper.
