- isdn-sc-fix-longstanding-warning.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     ISDN/sc: fix longstanding warning
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     isdn-sc-fix-longstanding-warning.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Also, remove some unneeded braces, and add some useful whitespace.
