The patch titled
     usb-serial: handle NULL termios methods as "no hardware changing support"
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     usb-serial-handle-null-termios-methods-as-no-hardware-changing-support.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
