The patch titled
pid namespaces: make get_pid_ns() return the namespace itself
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
pid-namespaces-make-get_pid_ns-return-the-namespace-itself.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
