- pid-namespaces-miscelaneous-preparations-for-pid-namespaces.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     pid namespaces: miscellaneous preparations for pid namespaces
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pid-namespaces-miscelaneous-preparations-for-pid-namespaces.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

* rework is_(cgroup|global)_init;
