The patch titled
     kernel/exit.c: Use list_for_each_entry(_safe) instead of list_for_each(_safe)
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kernel-exitc-use-list_for_each_entry_safe-instead-of-list_for_each_safe.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
