The patch titled
     pid-namespaces-allow-cloning-of-new-namespace merge fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pid-namespaces-allow-cloning-of-new-namespace-merge-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into pid-namespaces-allow-cloning-of-new-namespace.patch
