The patch titled
     uninline-forkc-exitc-checkpatch-fixes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     uninline-forkc-exitc-checkpatch-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into uninline-forkc-exitc.patch
