The patch titled
     use-extended-crashkernel-command-line-on-ia64 fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     use-extended-crashkernel-command-line-on-ia64-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into use-extended-crashkernel-command-line-on-ia64.patch
