The patch titled
     kernel/pid.c: remove unused exports
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pid-namespaces-define-is_global_init-and-is_container_init-kernel-pidc-remove-unused-exports.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into pid-namespaces-define-is_global_init-and-is_container_init.patch
