The patch titled
     pid-namespaces-dynamic-kmem-cache-allocator-for-pid-namespaces-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pid-namespaces-dynamic-kmem-cache-allocator-for-pid-namespaces-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into pid-namespaces-dynamic-kmem-cache-allocator-for-pid-namespaces.patch
