The patch titled
     cpu hotplug: msr: fix cpu hotplug error handling
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     cpu-hotplug-msr-fix-cpu-hotplug-error-handling.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
