The patch titled
     Char: rocket, remove potential leak in module_init
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     char-rocket-remove-potential-leak-in-module_init.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

if (controller && !request_region) then we leaked a tty driver struct, fix it
by adding function deinit tail with goto-ing into it (and from other fail
paths too)
