- replace-__attribute_pure__-with-__pure.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Replace __attribute_pure__ with __pure
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     replace-__attribute_pure__-with-__pure.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

To be consistent with the use of attributes in the rest of the kernel
replace all use of __attribute_pure__ with __pure and delete the definition
of __attribute_pure__.
