The patch titled
     procfs-detect-duplicate-names-fix-fix-2
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     procfs-detect-duplicate-names-fix-fix-2.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into procfs-detect-duplicate-names.patch
