- parisc-extern-inline-static-inline.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     parisc: "extern inline" -> "static inline"
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     parisc-extern-inline-static-inline.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

"extern inline" will have different semantics with gcc 4.3, and "static
inline" is correct here.
