The patch titled
     Videopix Frame Grabber: convert device_lock_sem to mutex
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     videopix-frame-grabber-convert-device_lock_sem-to-mutex.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
