The patch titled
     reiserfs: use is_reusable to catch corruption
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     reiserfs-use-is_reusable-to-catch-corruption.patch

This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged

Build in is_reusable() unconditionally and use it to catch corruption before
it reaches the block freeing paths.
