The patch titled
     stop-using-dma_xxbit_mask-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     stop-using-dma_xxbit_mask-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into stop-using-dma_xxbit_mask.patch
