- powerpc-use-linux-elfcore-compath.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     powerpc: Use linux/elfcore-compat.h
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     powerpc-use-linux-elfcore-compath.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

reducing some hand-copied duplication.
