The patch titled
nbd: use list_for_each_entry_safe to make it more consolidated and readable
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
nbd-use-list_for_each_entry_safe-to-make-it-more-consolidated-and-readable.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
