- pnp-add-debug-message-for-adding-new-device.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     PNP: add debug message for adding new device
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     pnp-add-debug-message-for-adding-new-device.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
