- task_struct-move-fpu_counter-and-oomkilladj.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     task_struct: move ->fpu_counter and ->oomkilladj
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     task_struct-move-fpu_counter-and-oomkilladj.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

There is nice 2 byte hole after struct task_struct::ioprio field
into which we can put two 1-byte fields: ->fpu_counter and ->oomkilladj.
