- add-recommended-section-ids-to-deviceiobooktmpl.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     Add recommended section IDs to deviceiobook.tmpl
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     add-recommended-section-ids-to-deviceiobooktmpl.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
