- clean-out-unused-code-in-dentry-pruning.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     clean out unused code in dentry pruning
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     clean-out-unused-code-in-dentry-pruning.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

It looks like in the end all pruners want parents removed.

So remove unused code and function arguments.
