The patch titled
     vfs: use the predefined d_unhashed inline function instead
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     vfs-use-the-predefined-d_unhashed-inline-function-instead.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
